We have an oil seed crushing plant with a total area of 50.000 m2. It has a press unit of 1260 m2 extraction unit of 330 m2, social facilities of 700 m2, horizantal silo of 5680 m2, boiler room of 510 m2 and fuel deposits. In addition, we have 5,500 m3 of oil tanks (5 pcs) and 18.400 m3 of raw material steel silos.
Our oil seed processing plant is a smart facility with high-tech machine equipment park and fully automated PLC automation. The plant has the ability to produce its own waste from its own waste material because of our facility is an environmentally and friendly. The husk after the crushing process in production phase is used as fuel in the steam boiler. The production is realized to as environmentally friendly due to bio-nature of the husk, emmissions of harmful gases in the atmosphere remain at the lowest level.
Raw Sun Oil & Sun Meal
As a result of pressing and extraction applied to sunflower seeds, 100% raw sunoil and sunmeal are produced. The analysis values of the product differ according to the raw material.
The remaining part of the sunflower seeds after taking oil from oilseed, oil seeds plays an important role in the feed industry in the form of meals and pellets. Sunflower seedlings are consumed as both taste and smell in cattle, livestock and poultry farms.
Raw Soyoil & Soybean Meal & Soybean Husk
As a result of the pressing and extraction process applied to soybean seeds, 100% raw soy oil and soybean meal are produced.
The remaining part of the soy oil can be used in cattle, poultry, livestock, and fish farms in the form of soy sauce, meals and pellets.
The soybean produced by dehulling during soybean crushing is used in poultry farming in the form of meals and pellets. The analysis values of the product differ according to the raw material.
Raw Raspeseed Oil & Rapeseed Meal
As a result of pressing and extraction applied to rapeseed seeds, 100% Rapeseed Raw Oil and Rapeseed pellets are produced.

Crude Lin Oil & Lin Seeds Meal
As a result of pressing and extraction applied to lin seeds, 100% Lin Oil and Lin Seeds Meals are produced.

Raw Cameline Oil & Camelina Meal
As a result of pressing and extraction applied to camelina seeds, 100% raw camelina oil and lin seeds meal are produced .

Raw Safflower Oil & Safflower Meal
As a result of pressing and extraction applied to seeds of safflower, 100% raw safflower oil and safflower meal are produced.
